We are thrilled to announce the launch of Spoko-HUB — a sister project of the Floating EKA Foundation.
Spoko HUB is a virtual platform and global community for changemakers in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia (CEECCA region) — yet open to all. It was created by changemakers for changemakers to solve the core problem that blocks impact: not lack of ideas, uncertainty and loneliness of the people behind them.
Today, with more than 3,800 members across cities worldwide, Spoko HUB unite activists, artists, eco-leaders, media makers, and social entrepreneurs in a safe, horizontal, and collaborative community.
Our community grew around a horizontal theme — fundraising — woven into everything we do, because every changemaker needs the resources and confidence to make their ideas take flight. Yet we know that money alone is not always the solution. Often, what projects truly need are networks, value-aligned partners, clearer strategies, stronger data, or simply more time to get the essentials in place.
Vision:
We believe that when resources are limited, we should not compete for them — instead, through impact collaboration, we can find better ways to share and use them.
We also believe that no meaningful social change is built in a day. The impact we seek may not be visible for years or even decades — what matters is trusting the course and sustaining those who carry it forward.
We are working toward a future where true impact is not only measured in projects delivered, but in sustaining the people, organisations, and networks that keep justice, human rights, and nature alive.
Our mission is to sustain, support and empower changemakers by creating space — physical, digital, and relational — that enables them to access resources and networks, build strategic partnerships, grow sustainably, and carry their impact forward.
We deliver value through three main streams that help changemakers learn, collaborate, and connect.
The Media & Lifelong Learning Stream — including “Спокойно, Маша, я Олеся”, a daily flow of knowledge and opportunities, and the upcoming Spoko Course for emerging changemakers — supports continuous growth and learning.
Through the Community Development & Resilience Stream, featuring Spoko Coworking and in-person meet-ups across European cities, members find focus, accountability, and trusted peers to co-create meaningful impact.
The International Networking Stream opens doors to wider opportunities — from the planned Spoko Access Fund enabling changmakers' participation in major European fundraising conferences to peer-exchange programs for women leaders in the region.
