Marta Bruschi joins the Floating EKA Board October 2021

We're absolutely delighted to announce that Marta Bruschi has been appointed as a new member of our Board.

Believing passionately that connecting people across borders and sectors, as well as fostering those relationships combined with knowledge sharing is the best approach to drive positive change, Marta has over 10 years’ experience in the Third Sector, working with international NGOs (e.g. African Foundation for Business Development) and European Networks (e.g. Euroclio, Euclid Network, Diesis Network). In recent years Marta led key programmes in the area of capacity building, leadership and peer learning (CAF - Charities Aid Foundation) to enable managers to grow in their leadership practice and ensure the well-being of their organisations.

Marta says: “I joined Floating Eka because their mission reflects my belief in that art as an effective tool in addressing social issues and transforming communities. Art can help people connect with some aspects of social reality in a manner that they could otherwise not have without it. I would like to be part of this journey and help Floating Eka to build partnerships and collaborations across borders in Europe to make a positive impact through their initiatives. I am looking forward to being a part of the team and working together to reach the organisations’ goals but also have fun and enjoy working in a good professional company.”
